Sure, there are infinitely more useful and show-offy superpowers than being able to see ten seconds into the future, but if you had one of those, you'd have to go and get a special tights-based outfit, and a logo, and an alter-ego, and various nemeses, and have to interrupt dhero-groupie sex to go people-saving, and brush up on your quips, and pay Justice League annual dues, and pretend to actually be interested in what Aquaman is yammering on about, and really - who needs the hassle?
